1946 Minghua Sugar Factory was restructured to be Central Chemical Plant Shanghai Factory by Central Chemical Plant

1949 Shanghai liberation, the factory was taken over by the Industry Department of East China

1950 Change name to be Shanghai ChemicalPlant

1956 Shanghai Chemical Plant set up the thermoplastic, injection processing and mold workshops.

2010 Moved to New location in Xin chang Industrial Zone, Pudong, Shanghai

2010 Introduced four-roller calendar Machine, and trial production was successful

2010The new plant’s technology improvement project for new medium-voltage cable insulation plastic production line achieved the Shanghai Key technological transformation project.

2011 Re-awarded as Shanghai Enterprise Technical Center. The company holds fifteen inventions and utility model patents.
